Terms Of Service

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts the service, or violate another person’s rights.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our stationery products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, colors, contents, and intended use. Colors and textures may appear differently depending on the screen and lighting. Measurements may vary slightly when stated as approximate. Product packaging may change without materially changing the item.

3. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and any optional charges are shown before the order is submitted. Products and prices may change without notice, but a change will not alter an order already accepted unless we obtain the customer’s agreement or cancel and refund the affected item. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including inventory errors, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, unsupported delivery destinations, or quantity limits. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not prevent us from correcting a clear error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.

5. Payments

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the displayed order total. Payment processing is also governed by our Payment Policy and any applicable terms of the payment provider.

6. Shipping

We ship only to eligible destinations described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Ownership and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Cancellations and Address Changes

Requests to cancel an order or change its shipping address must be sent to support@cloudsheetv.com within 24 hours after the order is placed. We will make a reasonable effort to honor a timely request, but we cannot make a change after the order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. We do not process direct product exchanges. To select another item, style, or color, return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content are owned by or licensed to cloudsheetv.com. You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, sell, exploit, or create a commercial derivative of protected website content without permission or a legal right to do so.

10. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a product review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that submission for operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated.

Our store uses Shopify and may link to payment providers, carriers, social platforms, or other third-party services. We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by a separate agreement with that provider.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cloudsheetv.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different remedy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify cloudsheetv.com against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to a claim caused by our own unlawful conduct.
